London’s Hardest Eating Challenges

Posted January 14th, 2016 by simon brigg    No Comments

London loves to eat. But not just eat. We mean seriously cram a load in there – probably too much if we’re being honest. But don’t worry, we won’t tell you to stop. In fact, here are five events where you can eat as much as you want, either against the clock or against fellow gluts. Enjoy!

  1. Porky’s – IronPig Challenge

Where to start but at home. Face off against six hot wings, a portion of ribs and an ultimate Porky’s burger with two juicy patties. If you manage to finish the lot within 30 minutes, you’ll win a Porky’s BBQ t-shirt and a place on our highly competitive leaderboard.

  1. Pride of Paddington – Terry Tucker Challenge

Eat four kilograms of shepherd’s pie within 20 minutes.

  1. Red Dog Saloon – Hot Wing Challenge

6 hot wings, 10 minutes and about a million Naga Viper chillis. If you do it, you get a t-shirt!

  1. Blues Kitchen – All You Can Eat Hotdogs

A change of format – here you just have to keep cramming them in before 30 minutes is up.

  1. Ray’s Pizza, Bloomsbury Lanes – 26” Pizza Challenge

You could saddle a toddler in this humongous pizza. No prize, but then again, Bloomsbury Lanes has always been a little bit different.

If you prefer your food non-competitive, order Porky’s online now
